After buying tires at discount tire for many years I now have a new store that has gained my business.. I was needing to replace my front passenger tire as I was told it was at a 3.. It was a sunday afternoon my daughter was in labor about to have my 1st grandchild and didn’t want to leave her side. Discount tires is closed on sundays and I really needed to get a new tire. I was gonna pay $130 w/discount. My husband went to walmart and they didn’t have my tire as we were driving up and down staples /everhart my husband looked to the side and saw Firestone. At this point we didn’t care what the price was gonna be buying a new tire but let me tell you why I am now a new customer of Firestone. Not only did they save me money $102 w/waranty for my tire. They attended to us and had us in and out within 30 minutes as too Waiting hours at Discount or walmart. Thank you to the amazing staff that work 7/19/26 see y’all soon Job well done!

Fast, Friendly, great customer service. Had to replace a tire for my Daughter. The price comparison to the others was no match! They had the best price and got me a tire ordered fast! My daughter had already been waiting 2 weeks for one tire and kept getting the run around. Here they said we can get it and here is the price. Plain and simple. Got it done! Thank you!!

Very happy with my service at this location! I came in from out of town and had heard good things about this place so I did a quick service drop off for my tires and was very impressed with the quick help getting checked in plus the great follow up call as soon as my car was ready. I felt taken care of and will absolutely come back the next time I visit and need help with my car. Thank you again!
